I dont know how to connect it
The app will not connect to my Jumping robot. I tried connecting it using wifi and Bluetooth and it will not show up. Please help.

The app doesnt help you connect. There have been reported issues for iphone 4 and later devices. I am on an iPhone 6 and 7 and still cannot connect to the jumping car, so I am unable to use the camera function. :( all we can use is the remote control that comes with the toy. I would not recommend downloading until the developers have fixed the app.
